The Alcrea panel is primarily manufactured in aluminum, but it can also be produced in galvanized or stainless steel sheets.
The special corrugated core with a trapezoidal section ensures a wide contact surface, giving the product excellent structural strength.
In addition to being extremely durable, it is also highly versatile, making it suitable for a wide variety of surfaces and façades.
It is easy to machine using standard woodworking tools or CNC machining centers equipped with conventional cutting and drilling tools. This allows for customized cuts, milling, recessing, drilling, and more.
Panels are available in various shapes and sizes, with modular elements achievable through different joining methods.
Each component is very easy to assemble in any application context.
Finishes
Available finishes include pre-coated aluminum primer, pre-painted, post-painted, as well as anodized (satin, brushed, and mirror finish). They can also be used as a base for wood, stone materials, SSM, etc.
Spessori e dimensioni
Available in the following nominal thicknesses: 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 13 – 15 – 18 – 20 – 23 – 25 – 28 mm. Standard production widths: 1020 – 1250 – 1500 mm. Lengths vary from a minimum of 2000 mm up to 4200 mm.
Coatings
Each panel can be coated with multiple materials, including: HPL laminates, real wood veneer, natural or synthetic leather, upholstery, fabrics, adhesive films, marble, stone, granite, ceramic, porcelain stoneware, glass, solid surfaces, fiberglass.
Workability
Doluflex® panels are easy to process with standard woodworking equipment or CNC machining centers equipped with conventional cutting and drilling tools. Custom cuts, milling, recessing, drilling, countersinking, and more can be achieved.
Various fittings such as hinges, telescopic guides, locks, closure systems, and handles can be integrated into the panel to obtain semi-finished or finished products.
